We don't just certify —
we launch careers.

Orbit Teaching Academy exists for one reason — to take educators from curious to certified to confidently teaching somewhere in the world they've always wanted to go.

Our Mission

Education without borders.

We believe that great teaching can happen anywhere — and that the world needs more people willing to take their skills across borders and into classrooms that need them most.

Orbit Teaching Academy was built to make that journey as clear, supported, and achievable as possible. From the moment you register your interest to the day you walk into your first international classroom, we're with you every step of the way.

We partner with Cambridge Assessment English — part of the University of Cambridge — to deliver the CELTA qualification, the most respected entry-level teaching certificate in the world. Because your students deserve a teacher who is genuinely prepared.

  • Cambridge CELTA — internationally recognised in 100+ countries
  • Unlimited job placement support for all graduates
  • Contract review and interview preparation included
  • A global alumni community growing with every cohort
  • Real people, real support — not just an online portal
"Your Certification.

These aren't just words on a logo. They're the three things we help every single Orbit graduate achieve — in that order, with full support at every stage.

What We Stand For

Our values

Everything we do at Orbit is shaped by a simple belief — that the right preparation, the right support, and the right certification can genuinely change the course of someone's life.

🎯
Genuine Preparation
We don't sell certificates — we build teachers. The Cambridge CELTA is demanding by design, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Every graduate leaves us genuinely ready to walk into a classroom anywhere in the world.
🤝
Real, Human Support
From your first inquiry to your first contract review, you deal with real people who care about your outcome. We don't disappear after you qualify — we stay engaged until you're settled in your new role.
🌍
Purpose Over Transaction
Teaching English abroad isn't just a career move — it's a chance to genuinely transform lives. We take that seriously and look for students who do too. We're building a community of educators, not just a list of alumni.
📖
Academic Integrity
Our partnership with Cambridge Assessment English means we hold our courses and our students to a rigorous standard. That rigour is what makes the qualification valuable in the eyes of employers worldwide.
🚀
Lifelong Momentum
CELTA is just the beginning. We encourage our graduates to keep growing — through experience, through further qualifications like DELTA, and through the community of teachers they build around the world.
💡
Accessibility
We believe international teaching shouldn't only be for people who already know the system. Our introductory pricing, flexible formats, and hands-on support are designed to open this path to as many people as possible.
Our Story

How Orbit came to be

The Idea
A gap in the market — and in the support
Orbit Teaching Academy was founded after seeing too many aspiring teachers fall through the cracks — great candidates who wanted to teach abroad but couldn't find a programme that gave them both the credential and the practical support to actually get there. We decided to build one.
Cambridge
Partnering with the gold standard
The decision to pursue Cambridge CELTA accreditation was straightforward — it's the most respected entry-level teaching qualification in the world, and our graduates deserve a certificate that opens doors in every country, not just some. We set the bar high from the start.
Today
Building a global community of educators
Orbit graduates are now teaching in classrooms across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and beyond. Each cohort adds to a growing alumni network of educators who share knowledge, opportunities, and the experience of building a life of purpose through teaching.
Next
Growing the mission
We're expanding our destination partnerships, adding new course formats, and deepening the support we offer graduates — from job placement through to career development. The mission stays the same: get great people into classrooms that need them.
The Orbit Promise

What you can expect from us

We make specific commitments to every student who joins Orbit. These aren't marketing claims — they're the things we hold ourselves accountable to.

🎓
Cambridge-accredited training, no shortcuts
Your CELTA is delivered to Cambridge Assessment English standards, assessed by qualified tutors. No grade inflation, no easy passes — a certificate you've genuinely earned.
💼
Unlimited job placement support
We help you find opportunities, prepare your applications, review school contracts, and prep for interviews — for as long as it takes to land your first role.
📋
Contract review before you sign anything
We review every employment contract our graduates receive before they sign — flagging anything unusual and making sure you know exactly what you're agreeing to.
💳
No fees until you're accepted
You won't pay a single cent until you've completed the application, spoken with an advisor, and been formally offered a place. No pressure, no surprises.
🔄
Flexible if life changes
Your registration fee is transferrable for up to a year. If your timeline shifts, we find a solution — we don't penalise you for circumstances outside your control.
🌐
A community that lasts beyond the course
You join a global alumni network on graduation day — a living, active community of Orbit teachers sharing jobs, advice, and experiences from classrooms around the world.
